POR ELLO
EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MARIA GRANDE SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE:
O R D E N A N Z A:
Artículo 1º.- Apruébase el CODIGO FISCAL de la Municipalidad de María Grande que consta de: PARTE GENERAL: Normas Generales y de procedimiento tributario y PARTE ESPECIAL.
Artículo 2º.- Deróguense la Ordenanza Nº 25/84 y sus normas complementarias y modificatorias.-
Artículo 3º.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.-
